From Here On wins Videocon business worth Rs 100 crore

The agency has won the duties for Videocon's corporate account and creative mandate for the company's refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner and the new Welcome series.

Following a multi-agency pitch, Videocon has handed over the creative duties of its corporate, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner and Welcome Series (new range) business to From Here On.

The account is pegged at Rs 100 crore.

The incumbent agency is JWT. The account will be handled by the agency's Delhi office.

Speaking on the account win, Rajesh Aggarwal, managing partner, From Here On, says, "The mandate that has been given to us by Videocon is to re-energise the image of these brands."

Late last year FHO had won the creative mandate for Videocon's portal Next.com, as well as its Dubai based e-com venture, My.bhst.com.

The other businesses handled by FHO Delhi include Ixigo.com, Jaypee Greens, Yamaha motorcycles, Escorts, Jaypee hospitals, Hoppr mobile app, Canon pro-printers, Tat-O potato chips, Cucine Lube modular kitchens as well as Coram design bathrooms.

From Here On was started by Gullu Sen and Rajesh Aggarwal after they moved from Dentsu two years ago.

Videocon's businesses are spread across different verticals such as mobile handsets, mobile services, consumer electronics and home appliances, DTH services, real estate and others.
