Havas Media Group India retains MTS India account

The account will be handled from the Delhi office of the agency.

Havas Media Group India has retained MTS India's integrated media business following a multi agency pitch, which included all the top agencies. The agency first bagged the account in 2010. The account size could not be ascertained as yet.

Says Leonid Musatov, chief marketing and sales officer, MTS India "Havas has been our partner since we launched in this country. Their thought leadership, digital-at-the-core approach and category understanding was impressive."

Amitesh Rao, director, brand and media, MTS India, says, "Given MTS India's data centric play within the telecom industry we wanted to extend our digital focus. After considering various options, we decided to retain Havas Media as our agency."
