According to the media conglomerate, Buch will be responsible for the business deliverables critical to the organisation via effective and quick implementation of prioritised strategic initiatives across the organisation. In addition, Buch will also head network marketing, audience content research, brand activation and identity strategy. He will report to Punit Goenka, MD and CEO, ZEEL.

Buch brings to the table over two decades of experience in functional and general management across various sectors including FMCG, advertising, media & entertainment and telecom retail. He has also held leadership positions at Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, Leo Burnett and Marico.
