Mindshare appoints Prasanth Kumar as CEO, South Asia

He replaces Ravi Rao who will be transitioning into a new role within GroupM.

Mindshare, the WPP owned media network, has appointed Prasanth Kumar as chief executive officer, South Asia, effective March 1st, 2015. He will be based out of Mumbai. Currently head of GroupM's Central Trading Group and a member of GroupM's South Asia Executive Committee, he will report into CVL Srinivas - CEO GroupM South Asia and Gowthaman Ragothaman, COO of Mindshare Asia Pacific. Kumar replaces Ravi Rao who will be transitioning into a new role within GroupM.
