Kumar was previously EVP and CEO of the company and now takes over from Tetsuya Takano.
Manoj Kumar has been elevated as the new managing director of Ricoh India. Kumar has been associated with the company since 1995 and has held various senior management positions in the organisation since then. He takes over from Tetsuya Takano (Ted) who has been with Ricoh India since March 2011.
Takano, meanwhile, has been appointed as the new non-executive chairman of the board of directors of the company, following the resignation of N Majima.
Ricoh India is a public limited company with 26.4 per cent owned by Indian public and 73.6 per cent by Ricoh Company, Japan. It specialises in office imaging equipment, production print solutions, document management systems and IT services.
