Sources have confirmed that Nima Namchu, chief creative officer, Cheil Worldwide, SW Asia, has put in his papers at the agency. He is currently serving his notice period. Recall that Namchu joined Cheil as executive creative director in 2012.
Atishi Pradhan, chief strategy officer, Cheil Worldwide, SW Asia, has also put in her papers. She is also serving her notice period at the agency. When contacted, she said, "Yes it's true; I have quit," but didn't share any details about her next move. Recall that Pradhan, an IIM-Ahmedabad alumna, joined Cheil in 2013.

Namchu has over 20 years of experience in advertising. Before joining Cheil, he worked at Contract Advertising where he spent over four years. At Contract, he worked on accounts like Domino's, NIIT, SpiceJet, Google, DelMonte, Dabur and Whirlpool. Before Contract, he was with Publicis India, where he worked on brands like Hewlett Packard, Aviva Life Insurance, Beam Brands and Future Brands. Other agencies he has worked at include McCann Erikson, Capital Advertising, Leo Burnett, TBWA and Sistas (now L&K Saatchi & Saatchi).
Pradhan, who has over 25 years of experience, has worked at agencies like Mogae Media, Contract Advertising and JWT in the past. Brands she has worked closely on in the course of her career include Samsung, GSK's Horlicks and Boost, NIIT, Brooke Bond, Lipton, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Huawei, Lava, Spice Mobile, Google, Whirlpool, Louis Philippe, USL Vodkas, Dabur Vatika, Pepsi Snack Foods, Maggi, Census of India, Jaypee Group and Shell, among others. She has also worked as a guest lecturer at IIM.
