Deepak Singh appointed ECD at Dentsu Creative Impact

Singh, who returns to Dentsu after nearly two years, has previously worked with Leo Burnett, Grey, McCann and Mudra.

Deepak Singh has been appointed as executive creative director (ECD), Dentsu Creative Impact (DCIPL). This is Singh's second stint at Dentsu.

Singh brings a wealth of experience, spanning 13 years, having worked with the country's most respected advertising firms, among them Leo Burnett, Grey Worldwide, McCann Erickson and Mudra. Joining from TBWA, Singh has handled a gamut of brands like ITC, Philips, Nissan, Datsun, Peter England, Adidas, Electrolux, Bajaj Electricals, Parle-G, Appy Fizz, Bailey, Air India, Tata Indicom, Priyagold Biscuits, ABN Amro Bank, Kia Diamonds, Vimal, Suzlon, UTV, Pantene, Ambuja Cement and Union Bank, in his stints at various agencies.

Welcoming him into the Dentsu family, Rohit Ohri, executive chairman, Dentsu India and CEO, Dentsu APAC, says, "I'm delighted to have Deepak on board as executive creative director at Dentsu Creative Impact. I'm really looking forward to working with Soumitra- an inspiring leader and a great mentor. I'm also happy to be a part of his vision, which I feel is quite challenging."

Singh has won over 400 national and international awards at various forums like such as Cannes, One Show, LIA, Goafest, New York Festival, Adfest, Spikes and Young Guns.
