World Wide Open wins digital mandate for Symphony

The account was earlier being handled by GroupM.

World Wide Open (WWO) has won the overall digital marketing mandate for Symphony, the air-cooler manufacturer. The agency bagged the account following a multi-agency pitch. Its primary duties involve digital planning, strategy, social media marketing and buying for the brand. The account was previously handled by GroupM.

Symphony is based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, specialising in air-cooler manufacturing, with an international market base.

WWO plans to increase Symphony's online presence by accelerating activity on social media, using contextual content, as well as utilisng the mobile space through app and videos. The usage of new media space will not only be for advertising, but also for business communications, by developing Symphony's profile on sites like LinkedIn.

Founded in 2014, WWO is a digital and new media advertising agency based in India, and is a part of Reliance Digital and Entertainment. It offers services in data, direct, media, search, social, wireless, mobile, content, syndication and activation. It has companies such as include Reliance Communications, Reliance Life Insurance, Reliance Mutual Fund, Bajaj Finserv, Pepsi and HUL, as clients.
