Videocon d2h opens its regional channels to niche advertising

Along with the home channel, advertisements can also be placed on the regional home channels, d2h Movies, d2h Classic Movies, Info Bars, d2h Music, d2h Spice.

Videocon d2h, a DTH service provider, has opened up new avenues for advertisers. It has now opened up its platform of niche advertising to reach better ROI's on advertisers' media planning.

Videocon d2h claims to provides a reach of 6.5 crore consumers and has a market share of 20 per cent in DTH category. The company says that brands like Volkswagen, Hero, Myntra, Honda, Asian Paints, YepMe, SBI General, TATA AIG, Disney, Colors, Star Sports, Sony TV, Zee group have advertised on its home channel.

Along with the home channel, advertisements can also be placed on the regional home channels, d2h Movies, d2h Classic Movies, Info Bars, d2h Music, d2h Spice. Home channel is the default channel of Videocon d2h. d2h Movies and d2h classic movies are the movie channels; d2h Music and d2h spice are music channels.
