Khan carries extensive industry experience spanning sixteen years in quality and offshoring, having led multiple international projects in this capacity. His expertise lies in evaluation and enhancement of customer experience, audit management along with process re-engineering. Prior to joining iProspect, he served as head of quality and customer experience at Alluring India Tour, a luxury inbound destination management company.
