Brands on E wins creative duties of Wolfer

Brands on E has won the creative mandate for online sports gear brand Wolfer. The brand has taken to advertising for the first time with this association and has set aside one crore rupees for marketing this year. Amandeep Singh, co-founder, Wolfer, says, "There is a lot of indoorism these days. We spend a lot of time in office, in car, inside our homes, in malls, on phones and laptops. There's a need to get out, to be a nation recognised for sports. As a brand, our vision is to revolutionise sports in India."

Suhas Ratan, partner - creative, Brands on E, says on the account win, "Sports and fitness is a largely untapped market in India. With stress levels going up constantly, spending power going through the roof, and the insurgence of e-retail, the sports and fitness industry is sitting at the foothills of a huge opportunity. I feel this is just the right time to make a solid mark in this industry."

Wolfer sports is a manufacturer and seller of sports equipment and apparel. Although it is limited to cricket, plans of expansion to other sports like football are in the pipeline. The brand also hopes to expand to other products as well as services in the sports arena. Other than its personal website, Wolfer products are also available on online marketplaces like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, Shopclues and Paytm.
