Rucha Pathak appointed as chief creative officer at Fox Star Studios

Pathak joined Fox Star in July 2014 as head of creative & development.

Rucha Pathak has been promoted to the post of chief creative officer at Fox Star Studios (FSS) with immediate effect. Pathak joined Fox Star in July 2014, as head of creative and development, where her responsibility was to lead the development focus on scripts, assemble projects and build relationships with talent. In her expanded role as chief creative officer, Pathak will oversee and be responsible for the development of the entire local film portfolio across Hindi, Tamil and regional languages.

Pathak has significant experience in developing and producing content that includes her contribution to films like Aamir, Dev D, No One Killed Jessica, Paan Singh Tomar, Chillar Party, Harud, Barfi, and Anybody Can Dance. Her latest project at FSS is Neerja, a film which is currently under production.

Pathak replaces Aalif Surti, who has been associated with Fox Star since 2008.
