Rediffusion Y&R has bagged the creative mandate for hearing care service provider Amplifon, following a multi-agency pitch. The company is present in 22 countries and has more than 5,500 clinics across the globe.
Shveta Paul, director marketing, Amplifon, says that the hearing care category is small, but growing very rapidly, and awareness amongst urban consumers is rising with customers now savvy enough to understand the advantage of going to a global brand like Amplifon.

We found the pitch from Rediff to be very detailed and made with a lot of passion. Its communication ideas are surely going to impact and influence our customers very soon when our advertising campaign hits the media.
