Hike Messenger assigns digital creative duties to Dentsu Webchutney

Denstu Webchutney, the digital agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, has bagged the digital creative mandate for the Indian chat application Hike Messenger. The account, which was won following a multi-agency pitch, will be handled by the agency's Delhi office.

The mandate includes, but is not limited to managing social media, website, online films, videos, and social outreach programme for Hike.

Commenting on the new account win, Vidur Vyas, vice-president, marketing, Hike, says, "Hike is a fun, innovative and young brand with 90 per cent of its 100 million users below the age of 30. Building Hike further into a power brand will need trusted partners who share our vision and values, and bring with them a deep understanding of youth in India who are increasingly going 'digital only'. Dentsu Webchutney, the digital agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru and deals with clients such as Flipkart, Airtel, PAYBACK, Red Bull, and Roland Garros.
