Cheil India has added yet another feather in its cap with its appointment as the social media agency for the Aditya Birla Financial Services Group, a non-bank financial services company.
The agency is tasked with the mandate to provide social intelligence and insight mining, including social listening, through its proprietary product Cheil Pulse.
