GEC Watch: Star Plus and Star Utsav continue to be on top as No.1 channels in the urban and rural markets in Week 32

Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya remained the most–watched show in the urban market while Star Plus' Saath Nibhana Saathiya replaced Zee Anmol's Jodha Akbar as the most–watched show in the rural market.

GEC Watch: Star Plus and Star Utsav continue to be on top as No.1 channels in the urban and rural markets in Week 32

In Week 32 of BARC's viewership data for the urban market, Star Plus continued to lead as the No.1 channel with an increase in viewership with 475066 Impressions compared to 453650 Impressions in Week 31.

Colors saw an increase in ratings and remained at No.2 position with 403412 Impressions compared to 375898 Impressions last week.

Zee TV maintained its No.3 position with 333529 Impressions compared to 334426 Impressions last week.

Sony Sab came up to No.4 position replacing Life Ok with 283193 Impressions, having missed out in last week's list of top five channels.

Life Ok was at No.5 position with 272235 Impressions compared to last week's 274650 Impressions.

As far as the rural data is concerned, Star Utsav continued to be the No.1 channel in Week 32 with 461095 Impressions compared to 406447 Impressions last week.

Zee Anmol was at No.2 position with 369868 Impressions compared to last week's 386582 Impressions.

Sony Pal was at No.3 position with a viewership of 300109 Impressions (Last week: 292452 Impressions).

Zee TV was at No.4 position with 253205 Impressions compared to 266608 Impressions last week.

Star Plus was at No.5 position with a viewership of 216470 Impressions compared to 205941 Impressions last week.

Top five shows in Hindi GECs (Urban)

Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya, remained the most–watched show and was at the No.1 spot with an average viewership of 7436 (Last week: 8581)

Zee TV's Brahmarakshas – Jaag Utha Shaitan, jumped to No.2 position for the first time with an average viewership of 6980.

Sony Entertainment Television's The Kapil Sharma Show made it to No.3 position for this week with an average viewership of 6288.

Sony SAB's Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah maintained its No.4 position with an average viewership of 6282 (Last week: 5556).

Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai made it to the list of the top–watched shows after missing out last week and was at No.5 position with an average viewership of 6167.

Star Utsav's Saath Nibhaana Saathiya jumped to No.1 position with 6489 replacing Zee Anmol's Jodha Akbar, with an increase in average viewership (Last week: 4567).

Zee Anmol's Jodha Akbar which got pushed to No.2 position lost viewership and had an average of 5505 (Last week: 6536).

Star Utsav's Piya Rangrezz was at No.3 position with a viewership of 5377 after missing out in the list of top–rated programmes last week.

Zee Anmol's Bandini was at No.4 position with an average viewership of 5170 (Last week: 6036).

Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya was pushed to No.5 position with an average viewership of 4933 (Last Week: 6387).
