Abby 2017 Update: Jury Chairpersons Announced

The Goafest Creative Abbys has announced the Jury Chairpersons for the awards. The Awards Governing Council of Goafest 2016 has declared the Jury Chairs for all 18 categories.

Senthil Kumar, chief creative officer, JWT will chair Integrated Advertising and Young Abby while Agnello Dias, chairman and co-founder, Taproot Dentsu will chair Film Singles category. Rakhsin Patel, managing director, Pi Communications will chair the Direct category while Anupriya Acharya, chief executive officer, Publicis Media India will chair the Media Abby Awards. Alok Nanda, founder and CEO, Alok Nanda & Co (Comms.) will chair the Design category whereas Viral Pandya, co-founder and chief creative officer, Out of the Box will chair Out-Of-Home/Ambient Media category.

The Print category will be chaired by Prashant Godbole, founder, Ideas@work while Print Craft category will be chaired by Raj Nair, CEO and chief creative officer, Madison BMB. Brand Activation & Promotion category will be chaired by Pratap Bose, managing director and chairman, The Social Street while Manish Bhatt, founder director, Scarecrow Communications will chair Radio & Radio Craft category.

Vinil Mathew, director, Breathless Films, will chair the Film Craft category while Carlton D’Silva, chief executive officer and chief creative officer, Hungama Digital Services, will chair the Digital category. I Venkat, director, Eenadu will chair the Publisher category and Paresh Chaudhry, chief executive officer, Madison PR will chair the Public Relations category. Tarun Katial, chief executive officer, Reliance Broadcast Network, will chair the Broadcaster category while KV Sridhar, founder and chief creative officer, Hyper Collective Creative Technologies will chair Special Abby (Gender Sensitive) category. Nishad Ramachandran, senior vice president - digital experience, Hansa Cequity will chair Mobile category and Raj Kamble, founder and chief creative officer, Famous Innovations will chair the Branded Content & Entertainment category.

Presented by the Advertising Club and AAAI the Goafest Abbys 2017 will see the entire advertising and marketing fraternity come together in Goa from April 6-8 2017 at The Grand Hyatt, Bambolim, North Goa.
