A+E Networks | TV18 appoints Jayesh S. Gokalgandhi as CFO

A+E Networks | TV18 has announced the appointment of Jayesh S. Gokalgandhi as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his capacity as a CFO, Gokalgandhi will be handling the finance function and will be reporting to Avinash Kaul, managing director, A+E Networks|TV18 President, Strategy, Product & Alliances, Network 18

Gokalgandhi is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience in the finance and media industry. His last stint was as CFO with Colosceum Media. In past he has worked in Endemol Shine India and Portland Outdoor (Group M).

Avinash Kaul says in a media statement, “We are happy to welcome Jayesh as the CFO of AETN 18. His deep knowledge about the finance and media sector will add more value to the company. Jayesh will play a pivotal role in the transformational journey of A+E Networks|TV18 and his involvement will help us drive the financial performance of the entity. His background in production comes in handy as AETN 18 channels scale up the localization agenda of original content in India."
