Gozoop bags digital CRM mandate for Acko

Marketing agency Gozoop, has won the Digital CRM(Customer Relationships Management) mandate for Acko, a digital-first insurance provider. The win came following a multi-agency pitch.

Gozoop is entrusted with the task to establish a Customer Experience Team (CET) for Acko that will serve as the custodian of conversations happening around the brand in the online space. They will communicate with customers and prospects on the web and deploy consumer-focused digital CRM for Acko.

As part of the mandate, the agency will also be responsible for not just increasing customer satisfaction but also drive business and service insights from those valuable web conversations to help Acko propel brand objectives. Gozoop’s Digital Command Centre (DCC) will be handling the day-to-day operations of the CET.
