Initiative, one of the media divisions of Lowe, has won the media buying and planning account for 3M.
Other agencies which had participated in the pitch were Mindshare, Madison and Mudra.
The development has been confirmed by Kartik Iyer, president, Initiative (who has put in his papers and serving his notice period). Sources say, that the size of the account will be around Rs 3 crore. Out of this, Rs 2 crore will be for the company's consumer product Scotch-Brite.
