| Job Profile/Description |
1. Provide the technical leadership to architect, design, develop, test, and debug the Web application.
2. Evaluate development approaches & prepare test plans.
3. Provide written specifications detailing development issues, proposed solutions and implementation alternatives; a demonstrated knowledge of application development, database design, industry standard best practices for programming and code documentation procedures.
4. Ensure correct and proper application needs; define application requirements, features and functions in an increasingly interactive Web Application environment.
5. Provide analysis of legacy databases and recommendations for appropriate database architecture and design enhancements; convert existing Web User Interface applications into database driven Web applications; revise system documentation as required.
6. Acts as a liaison for the creative content Team and IT Technical Team and Project Management team

Very strong HTML and CSS, Javascript
Experience in Definition and Documentation of the system requirements

Experience in Testing and Refinement of the system.
Very strong application development concepts.
Very strong relational database concepts.
Very strong client/server application development concepts.
Knowledge of All Web standards and web security standards.
