India Today Group to distribute complete wellbeing magazine

“Complete Wellbeing” a first-of-its-kind monthly that promotes health and happiness, will now be distributed by the India Today Group, India’s largest magazine publishers and distributors. Published from Mumbai by Complete Wellbeing Publishing Pvt Ltd., Complete Wellbeing, which was launched in November 2006, was earlier distributed by India Book House [IBH].

Amol Joshi, Head of Circulation, Complete Wellbeing, explains the reason for switching from IBH to India Today: “We were not happy with the distribution by IBH. Everyday we were receiving several calls from interested readers informing us that they couldn’t locate a copy anywhere in their neighbourhood. For a magazine like Complete Wellbeing, which has immense potential, availability is critical.

With India Today’s wide network and a mix of traditional and modern channels, Complete Wellbeing will now be available in 70 major cities and towns across India. India Today will ensure that the magazine is available at approximately 10,000 outlets across the country. This will include the traditional newsstands as well as modern trade outlets such as specialty bookstores, hotels, airports, malls, supermarkets, and non-conventional outlets such as chemists and grocery stores. “We are confident that this tie-up will boost the magazine’s retail sales substantially”, said Joshi.
