Starting the 27th of June, Amrita TV mixes business with pleasure every Saturday by giving its audience a taste of corporate affairs before transporting them to fabulous spots - with two brand new programmes : ‘Business Buzz’ at 1.30pm & ‘Ezham Kadalinakkare’ (Across the Seven Seas) telecast at 8.30 pm.

‘Business Buzz’ presents a complete overview of the world of business in Kerala, providing thumbnail sketches of well-entrenched corporate houses , introducing factory-fresh products just released into the market and show casing young investors who are making waves with their innovations. It is divided into 3 sections – Company Profile which gives a short summary of the firm and its performance, that includes details of its origin, growth graph, product range, long term objectives, profit margins etc, its full history till date – in brief.

Young Businessman- are sketches of new entrepreneurs who have taken the plunge into the speculative waters of trade n’ commerce, their hearts full of dreams and heads bursting with ambition. It details the ventures they have started , the difficulties they ran into, the challenges of competition, the problems of the market place and how they stemmed the tide to ride the crest of success.

Business News brings the top stories from around the business cosmos, the latest headlines that haven’t been ‘broken’ by any other media, and exclusive coverage of new product launches.

‘Ezham Kadalinakkare’ is a travelogue that captures the sights, sounds and spirit of exciting locales around the world to transport the armchair tourist and anyone who has been bitten by the travel bug to his dream destinations.
