The UX Lab is headed by Reshmy Kurian, a graduate from NID who has been associated with the field of design for the past 12 years. She has been actively involved in the User Experience space for the past 5 years as a consultant, instructor, leader and mentor. Rooted at the confluence of business, research and design, her focus has been on creating and mentoring teams that deliver strategic research insights and build impactful user experiences while achieving business goals. She has worked with various industries and clients internationally, ranging from Glaxo Smith Klien, P&G, Columbia University Medical Sciences in US and Thompson Scientific in UK, to HDFC Bank in India.
Predicts Reshmy, “Usability is the future. As data analysis for decision making became the norm with the introduction of the spread sheet, design and layout based on user and usability analysis will become the norm once testing facility is available within interactive agencies”.
