With the highest number of matches in a day, the second day of league matches in Mumbai was a hectic one.

OMD versus M&C Saatchi

In the first match of the day, Team M&C Saatchi won the toss and elected to field first. Team OMD set a target of 108 runs, with Akshay putting up a significant 45 runs (off 25 balls, 7X4) on the scoreboard.

Team M&C Saatchi could only manage 66 runs in the 10 overs. With his focussed bowling, Bubalau of Team OMD snapped three wickets, giving away 21 runs in four overs.

Thus, Team OMD won the match by 42 runs. Akshay was adjudged the Man of the Match.

Bates 141 versus Fever FM

Batting first, Team Bates 141 set an easy target of 66 runs for Team Fever FM. Litesh of Team Fever FM bowled cautiously, keeping in mind the line and length, and not giving away too many runs.

Team Fever FM was able to meet the target in 6.4 overs. Rishikesh from the team scored 30 runs (off 12 balls, 5X4).

Team Fever FM won the match by five wickets. Litesh was declared the Man of the Match for his bowling attack, which contained the opposing team, restricting it to a manageable score.

Interactive Avenues (B) versus Resultrix

Team Resultrix won the toss and elected to bat first. Putting 93 runs on the scoreboard, the team was all out in nine overs. The most economical bowler of the innings was Sachin Salve of Team Interactive Avenues (B), who grabbed two wickets, giving away 30 runs in three overs.

The chasing team met the target comfortably. The opening batsman, Sunil Miranda scored 43 runs (off 19 balls, 2X4).

Miranda of Team Interactive Avenues (B) was declared the Man of the Match for his impressive batting. Team Interactive Avenues (B) won the match by four wickets.

Mudra versus BBC

Setting a simple run target of 60 runs, Team Mudra paved the way to victory for Team BBC. Yusuf of Team BBC bowled aggressively, snapping three wickets and giving away 17 runs in 3.3 overs.

The chasing team met the target and finished the match in just over six overs, scoring 62 runs. Team BBC didn't lose any wickets as the opening batsmen finished the match between themselves. Ranjan and Vijay scored 25 and 20 runs, respectively, while the remaining runs came from extras.

Yusuf was adjudged the Man of the Match for his useful bowling attack.

Group M versus Multi Screen Media

The next match of the day was played between Group M and Multi Screen Media. Batting first, the advertising agency managed to score 80 runs in 10 overs. The most dangerous bowler from Team Multi Screen was Ameya, who grabbed three wickets.

Team Multi Screen Media crossed the target in nine overs, with Pratik adding 48 runs (off 27 balls, 4X4) to the scoreboard.

Ameya from Team Multi Screen was declared the Man of the Match for his match-changing bowling.

Interactive Avenues (A) versus Indian Express

Batting first, Interactive Avenues (A) managed 81 runs in 10 overs. The highest scorer from the team was Arun, who made 40 runs (off 29 deliveries, 4X4).

In the second innings, Indian Express was unable to meet the target. Santosh from Team Interactive dismissed two players and ceded 38 runs in the four overs he bowled.

Makrand from Team Interactive was declared the Man of the Match for his unbeaten 34 runs (off 22 balls, 6X4). Team Interactive Avenues (A) won the match with the whole group's effort.

Network Media versus BBH

Winning the toss, Team BBH elected to bat first. Setting a target of 83 runs, the team looked confident of outdoing the opponents.

However, Team Network Media had different plans. Displaying an envious team effort, both the bowlers as well as the batsmen helped their team to victory. While the opening pair of Mandar and Sameer made 49 runs (off 22 balls, 8X4), Mahesh, the following batsman, made 27 crucial runs (off 9 balls, 6X4).

Team Network Media won the match by six wickets and Mahesh from the winning team was adjudged the Man of the Match.

Lintas versus Multi Screen Media

Playing its second match in a day and brimming with confidence from its vistory earlier in the day, Team Multi Screen was already the favourite. Team Lintas batted first and set a convenient target of 71 runs, which was a cakewalk for the opposing team.

For Team Multi Screen, the opening pair of Pratik and Vipin added a considerable 36 runs (off 43 balls, 5X4). Vishal followed this up with another 36 runs (off 20 balls, 5X4), thereby helping his team to win the match.

Team Multi Screen won its second match in 7.3 overs. Vishal was rewarded with the Man of the Match trophy for his successful batting efforts.
