20:20 MSL adopts new brand identity; aligns with vision of MSLGROUP

The change is a process of incorporating MSLGROUP branding as a part of a strategic plan to strengthen the India offering and expand the global network.

20:20 MSL, earlier known as 20:20 Media, has unveiled its new brand vision and identity aligned with MSLGROUP, which is a part of the Publicis Groupe network dealing in communications, PR and events. MSLGROUP acquired a majority stake in 20:20 Media in October 2010.

The unveiling of the new brand identity and vision of 20:20 MSL is a part of a strategic plan to maximise the benefits of the global network, as well as better integration of the global organisation.

The core focus points of the group will be expansion of key specialised communications services and strategic consultancy areas important to clients in India, including digital and social media, crisis and issues management, corporate responsibility and employee communications.

Commenting on the announcement, Glenn Osaki, president, MSLGROUP Asia and chairperson, MSLGROUP India management board, says, "The seamless integration of 20:20 Media joining us last year, the creation of MSLGROUP India which followed, and now, 20:20 MSL adopting MSLGROUP's vision and identity, underscores our aggressive approach to serving the needs of our clients and staff in the India market place. Today's move is the latest step in MSLGROUP India's commitment to providing multinational corporations doing business in India and local brands looking to expand abroad with greater depth of creativity, engagement and value through specialised communications services and strategic consulting."

The announcement will also strengthen the market position of the MSLGROUP India brand, which features three firms - 20:20 MSL, Hanmer MSL and 2020Social. Though each of the agencies maintains separate operations, they are guided by a common MSLGROUP India brand and business strategy, which is managed by the MSLGROUP India management board comprising representatives from each agency.
