afaqs! India's Buzziest Brands of the Year Poll identifies the brands that have generated the most conversation among consumers and engaged with them during the year.

The methodology in the twelfth year of the poll is as follows-

1. No shortlist of brands has been made in the overall list. While there is a prompt to help participants, they can vote for any deserving brands whatsoever.

2. A jury of eminent personalities will also cast their votes in the main list. Their votes will account for a 30 per cent weightage; the popular vote will account for 70 per cent.

3. There are 24 product categories in total. Voters can choose the three buzziest brands in each of them.

4. For voting in the product categories, they will be entitled to a gift.

Note :

1. Winners will be informed by email at the address registered by them during voting.

2. The decision of afaqs! Team and the Jury will be final and binding without any right of further appeal.
