Wunderman appoints Aditya Mehrish as Executive Vice President, Delhi

Wunderman has appointed Aditya Mehrish as Executive Vice President, heading their Delhi operations. He will be based out of their Gurgaon office.

Speaking on Aditya's appointment, Leroy Alvares, President, Wunderman says, "Aditya brings in huge learnings in the field of direct marketing both from agency and client side. I am sure with him on board we will see the Delhi office establishing itself as a leader in the one-to-one space."

On his appointment, Aditya Mehrish, Executive Vice President, Wunderman Delhi says, "This is a homecoming of sorts for me. In 2005 I set up the Bangalore offices for them, and today I return to take charge of their north operations. Wunderman today is poised at a new plane and I look forward to partnering Leroy in taking forward the proposition of consumer behavior management."

Mehrish has over 17 years of diverse expertise with agencies as well as consumer durable, hospitality, and publication industries. He has worked with brands like Microsoft, Accenture, Oberoi Hotels and Reader's Digest.

In his last assignment with Readers Digest, Delhi as Associate Publisher he worked on brand marketing, circulation, and advertising sales. Prior to that, at the Oberoi Group, he was responsible for direct marketing, CRM, and digital initiatives for both The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels.

In his earlier stint with Wunderman, Mehrish handled the Citibank and Ford Motors accounts out of Chennai and then moved to Bangalore to set-up the branch that then became the fastest growing office for Wunderman. Mehrish has also worked with Netcarrots Loyalty Services, Infovision Group and Result McCann.
