The Remmy awards are annual awards that honour excellence in the field of recruitment advertising in the print media in India. The recruitment advertisements have to be simple and clear; need to have an aspiration value and an edge that can drive a candidate to apply for a particular firm over the rest.

On this occasion, Susir Kumar, MD and CEO, Intelenet Global Services said, "We are delighted to have won the REMMY Awards that epitomize the landscape of recruitment advertising in India. In an industry with widespread attrition and a severe demand- supply gap, right talent acquisition and management is key. This award furthers our 'Employer Branding' initiative that enables us to gain and sustain a competitive edge in India, and create a brand preference for Intelenet amongst its target audience."

The REMMY Awards received 250 entries this year and advertisements were spread across a range of categories namely the Best from the BPO industry, IT and telecom, manufacturing, sales and marketing functions and best art direction.

A people-centric organisation, Intelenet has been growing consistently keeping its employees engaged and happy at all levels.
