LinOpinion, the Public Relations division of Lowe Lintas India, has added another gem to its brand portfolio by bagging the PR mandate for William Penn, The World Pen Store thereby establishing its strong dominance in the lifestyle PR segment. The account will be lead by the LinOpinion Bangalore team.
