LG launches exciting brand experience for Noida customers

In Keeping with its commitment to re-define retailing standards in the Indian consumer durable industry, LG Electronics has launched its exciting Brand Shoppe at Great India Place, Noida. Built to meet the challenges of an increasingly mature retail environment in the country, the new LG Shoppe was inaugurated by Mr. Moon B. Shin, Managing Director, LG Electronics India. The LG Shoppe aims to offer an 'experiential' journey into the complete digital lifestyle product range of LG and serve as a one-stop-shop for all the digital needs of a household.

Taking concrete steps to effectively capture the growing organized retail market and redefine standards for digital lifestyle retailing, LG is setting up a chain of exclusive premium showrooms all across the country and has chalked out a roll out plan to implement the LG Brand Shoppe Experience across various cities.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Moon B. Shin, Managing Director, LG Electronics India said, "It has been our endeavor to create a store that would not only stand out, but also showcase the values of LG brand. Our retail strategy is to be where our customers are, instead of being present in the conventional electronics markets. LG Brand Shoppe has been conceptualized as the ultimate retailing experience that synchronizes with the international image of innovation, quality and excellence. At present we have 1000 brand shops in the country and by year end we will have 1200 shoppes".

The LG Brand Shoppe concept was established with the aim of creating a platform to communicate the LG identity. The objective was not just to attract the impulse buyer, but to also introduce an element of interactivity in the outlet while projecting the identities of LG products. The showrooms have been designed to allow customers to shop in comfort even during peak seasons such as festivals. There are several value-added services like dedicated service help desks, which will enhance the overall shopping experience.
