Sanderson Group bags prestigious projects Rajhans Club and Resort in India and Dinosaur Valley in China

Sanderson Group, the designers & builders of world's leading entertainment destinations, has bagged a new set of prestigious projects this month. After the successful completion of the Kingdom of Dreams in Gurgaon (India); Sanderson Group will be dedicating it's efforts for the complete designing for Surat Resorts Pvt Ltd in Gujarat (India). The proposed entertainment facility, as explained to the designers group by the Principal will be an Entertainment and Recreational Centre housed in the environs that would predominantly be a blend of unique architecture and a design which will reek with the rich legacy of the Gujrat State to focus on culture coupled with entertainment and education.

Gujarat, being a State which is 'Coming Alive' needs a special place in the theme to make this a differentiating attraction yet in tune with the state's rich heritage.

A brain child of Raj Hans Clubs & Resorts Pvt Ltd, the destination will be master planned, concept designed & design developed by the Sanderson Group. Spread across approx 8 acres of land, the destination will house recreational facilities of international standards including indoor & outdoor sports, 3 multi cuisine restaurants, a 3-hall multiplex, plush 5 star accommodation facilities along with service apartments.

On the international front, still basking in the glory of the successful completion of Universal Studios in Singapore, the Sanderson Group has won yet another prestigious international project. The Sanderson Group and the Jing Hu, New District Administrative Committee along with Golden Times Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Asia-Pacific Group signed a cooperation agreement wherein the three companies will join hands together to build the Yue Guo National Dinosaur Valley project in Jing Hu District.

Yue Guo Dinosaur Valley Museum project is a themed entertainment park which will include a set of popular science, entertainment, cultural performances, animation and creative variety of travel products in a first-class and advanced cultural tourism complex. Dinosaur Valley of the 17 themes and 30 sets of the rides will fully reflect the unique culture of creativity. 40 acres of land has been committed for the project. With a total investment of 1.8 billion the estimated annual visitor accommodation is pegged at 3.5 million people. The Yue Guo National Dinosaur Valley project will have a Dinosaur age theme as their backdrop which will be a turnkey project handled by Sanderson.
