Cocoberry introduces its CSR Plans on its 2nd anniversary

Cocoberry, India's first and premium frozen yogurt chain has completed its two years of inception. On this occasion, Cocoberry has announced its CSR plans for the year ahead. The yogurt chain has associated with the world's leading and independent child rights organisation—"Save the Children", to promote the noble cause of children' rights and welfare. In addition, it has also forged partnerships with DIFL (Delhi International Football League) and Indian Golf League to prop up the eminence of sports and a healthy lifestyle amongst Indians.

"We are looking forward to our association with the 'Save the Children' organization, which will help us do our bit towards brightening the future of lesser privileged children. There is no dearth of talent in India, but the talent needs to be nurtured. Through our association with DIFL and the Indian Golf League, we have set a plan to promote young talent in these two sports." commented G.S. Bhalla, Founder & CEO, Cocoberry.

In order to support Save the Children, Cocoberry has introduced special edition cups for its customers, who will pay Rs. 2 extra on its purchase , which will go to "Save The Children". In order to promote the cause Cocoberry store staff will don specially designed T-Shirts carrying the message "Cocoberry Supports Save the Children". The money generated through this initiative will go to "Save the Children" .

On the other hand, the frozen yogurt major has become a sponsor of a team in DIFL, which will be called "Cocoberry" team. Similarly, through its association with Indian Golf Leagure, Cocoberry is now the sponsor of the Ladies Cup at the Thomas Cook Indian Golf League which will be called "Cocoberry Ladies Golf Cup" and the "Cocoberry Healthy Longest Drive Trophy"
