As part of Bihar's 99th Foundation Day Celebrations, Bihar utsav 2011 is being held in New Delhi from 22nd to 28th March, 2011.

An event being organized by Centum Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Bihar utsav 2011 New Delhi is a spectacular showcase where the heritage and development of Bihar has been brought alive with an extravaganza of exhibitions and cultural programmes at the Constitution Club - Rafi Marg and Poorva Sanskritik Kendra - Laxmi Nagar.

The Grand Finale with be the SANSKRITIK SANDHYA - an evening of song, dance and drama to be held at Siri Fort Auditorium, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi from 5.00 pm onwards on 28th March, 2011.

The Programme highlights of the evening include a glittering LAMP LIGHTING CEREMONY, STROTH GAYAN by Shri Vipin Mishra and Pandit Siddhi Shankar, BIHAR GAURAV GAAN by Bihar Sangeet Natak Akademy, MEIN BIHAR HOON - a dance drama presented by Sushree Shikha Khare, LOK GEET by Smt. Malini Awasthi and a RANGARANG KARYAKRAM presented by Shri Manoj Tiwari 'Mridul'.

Leading personalities from Bihar and eminent citizens of the State are expected to attend the function.
