The Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon is celebrating Associate Appreciation Week from 14th to 18th May, 2011. The initiative is part of the global outreach program held across all Marriott properties to express appreciation towards their worldwide family of associates.

Keeping up with the fundamental ideals of service to associates, customers, and community, which serve as the cornerstone for all Marriott associates, the Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon celebrates their 'Spirit to Serve' through giveaways and also treat them to a lavish feast.

The 'Spirit to Serve' philosophy is not only directed at the community but to the hotel's associates as well. Their commitment to their associates is the foundation of their success, as a reflection of their genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of their customers and the communities in which they work and live. It is all about people caring for people. In one of the days of the Associate Appreciation Week, all associates of the Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon, will also engage and interact with underprivileged children and organize a fun day for them at the hotel where the kids can play games, or indulge in some arts and crafts, shared meals etc.

The Associate Appreciation Week will pay tribute to all associates for their dedication, commitment and outstanding service. During the celebrations, the Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon will have a host of exciting activities like Wall of Fame, Paint my Face, Funny Races, Dart Competition, Tug of War, Dance on the streets among other enjoyable activities. The hotel will also celebrate the diverse cultures and host Theme Lunch with a variety of dishes from different parts of the country from where the hotel's associates hail. They will also organize classical and western dance performances celebrating the diversities.
