Shining Consulting features in Limca Book of Records 2011

The Limca Book of Records 2011 has recognized and featured Shining Consulting as a record breaker for having created the world’s first calendar that has original paintings done by Chief Executive Officers, Managing Directors and Chairmen of different companies in India and overseas.

This unique idea for the record breaking calendar began when Shombit Sengupta, Chairman of Shining Consulting that he founded in Paris, France, in 1984, was convinced that, “Top managers are successful because they possess a creative genius that gives expression to the effective way they handle different things in life and work.” Himself an artist, Shombit personally carried paints, brushes, canvas and palette, went to 26 company heads and invited them to paint. Never having painted in adult life, they were shocked but obliged him.

Shining Consulting has had the honour of bringing out CEO Painters calendars in 2010 as well as 2011. Original paintings were done for Shining by:
