Fourth outlet of Arza Bibi Kebab is now open at Khan Market with three outlets already operational in The Central Plaza Mall, Golf Course Road, Sector 53, Gurgaon; DLF Supermart 1, DLF Phase IV Gurgaon; and DLF Galleria Complex, DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon.
Hridesh Sarna, CEO of Arza Bibi Kebab, said, "We have finalised a location in DLF Phase 3 Gurgaon, this location is surrounded by a dense population mix of residential along with corporate. Other destinations will be finalised in the coming months. We are looking at a sizable expansion plan at a PAN India level. Arza Bibi kebabs, in the coming year, plans to open and launch 25 outlets within the Delhi/NCR region."
The chain menu offers 27 different types of kebabs - meat, cheese, fish and vegetables - each one flavoured with rare spices and rendered succulent over charcoal fire.
While talking about the trends in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Sarna said, "Fast food is one of the world's fastest-growing food types. India is seeing rapid growth in the fast food and restaurant industries. It now accounts for roughly half of all restaurant revenues in the developed countries and continues to expand. The trend is radically changing the way people eat in India. QSR format in the Indian food & beverage industry is a well accepted format. It is more convenient for the customers who are on move and have less time because of their work formats."
He further adds to his point "For a nation that is particular about its food and significantly fond of home cooked and fresh food, this trend is showing the globalization of India and increase of new markets not witnessed in India before. With increasing number of people eating out the industry offers major opportunities to the players to capture a larger consumer base."
