Veet, the world leader in depilatories invites entries for 'VEET Be the Diva' contest - an annual model hunt that helps fresh talent, no matter who she is or where she's from, discover the Diva within and enter into the world of beauty and fashion.

Veet believes that every woman radiates beauty from within. A Diva is not only a model or an actress; she is the hidden beauty in every woman that's waiting to be enhanced and recognized. And with the Veet 'Be the Diva' contest, Veet applauds the beauty and confidence of this Diva that's within every new-age, savvy girl of today.

For all girls who believe in the their beauty within, who are confident and have sky-high dreams;'Be the Diva' is not about being a Diva for just a day . It's a platform to kickstart a beauty career. Top industry experts will choose the Diva after 3 rigorous rounds and on the grand finale, award her an annual contract with KWAN, India's premier celebrity management firm, which manages celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Chitrangadha Singh, Esha Gupta, Genelia, Freida Pinto, Nargis Fakhri, etc. And as if that wasn't big enough, she also will be awarded a glamorous fashion portfolio clicked by one of India's leading fashion photographers.

Registrations will take place through the Veet Facebook application. The last day for registration is 7th of November. To register, one needs to go on the “Be the Diva” application on Facebook and register by uploading two self pictures and providing the basic contact information.

Basis the pictures submitted during registrations, the top 200 girls (50 girls per region) will be chosen for the regional auditions, which will happen in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore at end of Nov'12.

Top 16 girls will be selected from the 50 basis the number of votes they get. These top 16 girls selected from the Facebook voting will move on the final round and will get a chance to realize their dream of entering the world of modeling and beauty. They will also be awarded a 2 day grooming session in Mumbai with renowned experts in beauty.
