BIG FM's 'Superstar Looti' kicks off

A grand looting offer that too to some of the biggest superstars of sandalwood, seems Bangaloreans are all set to become richer just by tuning in to BIG 92.7 FM, India’s No.1 FM Station. Starting the year with a great bang, the station is offering not just great content with 20 superstars coming on-air but a great opportunity to win up to 20 lacs of cash in just 20 days time. The campaign aptly christened “Superstars Looti” starts on 20 Jan and ends on 11 Feb in the breakfast show ‘BIG Coffee’ hosted by RJ’s Harsha and Shruti from 8 to 11 am. To mark the launch of the spike today, the station made renowned sandalwood director Yograj Bhat available to its listeners, the famous director was robbed dearly today by one of the listeners winning or rather looting cash from him.

The "Superstar Looti" is the simplest yet lethal & gripping radio contest ever that offers great amount of interactiveness and celebrity connect with a topping of huge cash gratification. Everyday a superstar comes in the breakfast show and interacts with the listeners randomly picked from the registrations. It’s a one-to-one format moderated by RJ’s wherein the superstar asks engaging questions about oneself for eg: In which movie I have grown my hair till my shoulder etc. There are six questions asked to a listener, for each question the amount doubles, 5k, 10k, 20k, 40k, 80k and finally 1 lakh for the sixth question. The participant can opt to back out after each question and take the money won. If he gets a question wrong, he loses everything.

To register for the contest, users are required to tune in to BIG 92.7 FM. People out there who are not so lucky to get registered in the breakfast show and loot cash stand good chance to participate in other shows through out the day to win consolation prizes in the form of mobile phones, watches and sarees. The ‘superstar looty’ is a full day engagement spike with wild card entry to the contest through the evening show ‘No Tension’ hosted by RJ Rohit.

BIG 92.7 FM has rolled out a 360 degree promotion plan around the ‘super looti’ spike with outdoors, sms push, cable, Television, Bus shelters and innovative BTL road shows wherein a huge transparent box full of cash flowing up with the help of a blower is activated on a float. Two wheel boards with the pictures of 20 superstars pasted on it will be dangled around the float. Participants have to roll the wheel, answer the questions about the star, for every right answer he wins on-spot gratifications and a token note which communicates if he or she can win gratifications on-ground by giving answers to the questions about the celebs, why not tune in to BIG FM and loot the superstars with 20 lacs cash.
