Kumar Bhopali files a case against Bijli (Electricity) as she does not cooperate, she is always missing when she is needed the most. Bijli in turn claims that people are misusing her and they dissipate her being and have no value for her. After listening to both the parties court advices everyone to use power carefully and value her presence by saving her when they don’t need it.
