SportsCenter Special: Tiger Woods Speaks on ESPN

ESPN STAR Sports’ (ESS) will present a "SportsCenter Special: Tiger Woods Speaks" programme with LIVE coverage of Tiger Woods’ statement on Friday, February 19, 9:30 pm, on ESPN.

Woods will be making his statement at the TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, home of the PGA Tour. This will be the first time since the November car crash that Woods will be making an official public appearance.

The special will be carried across the region on ESPN.

In addition to the live coverage, the SportsCenter Special will also carry insights and analysis from ESS’ Golf Focus pundit Richard Harries on how Woods’ next step will impact the game as well as the expected reception to his statement. The special will also carry Woods-related stories on his career timeline, how he changed the game of golf and how the scandal has affected his image and career.
