Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee will address the parliament to table the Economic Survey 2010-2011 at 12 noon on Feb 25, 2011. This will give an overview of the nation's economic performance. This becomes critical as India has witnessed a complex nature of opportunities and challenges in this financial year. Sectors like infrastructure were under serious strain with reduction in investments for research and development. Agriculture and allied sectors that play a vital role in the all round development of the country were also under the scanner this fiscal.
