Reliance Broadcast Network's radio arm 92.7 BIG FM and its experiential marketing arm BIG Live have joined hands once again set to celebrate and promote regional entertainment with a new offering 'BIG Bangla Movie Awards', an exclusive platform for Bangla movie viewers to recognize and honour their favourite Bangla movie personalities. After receiving acclaim and recognition for 'BIG Bangla Music Awards 2010' & 'BIG Bangla Television Awards 2010', the first ever edition of the 'Big Bangla Movie Awards' will not only be an explosive spectacle but also the only existing exclusive Award platform for Tollywood. Mustraj Natural Mustard Oil from Raj Oil Mills is the presenting sponsor for the awards.

Mustraj presents BIG Bangla Movie Awards will be chaired by prominent jury names from the Bangla film industry including eminent director Bappaditya Bandhopadhyay, the eminent producer, Nitesh Sharma, leading exhibitor and distributor, Arijit Dutta and the supremely talented entertainer Anindya Chattapadhyay who will ensure utmost transparency for the nomination process.

'Mustraj present BIG Bangla Movie Awards' will see all Reliance Broadcast Network's media verticals coming into play to recognize and honour the viewer's favourites from the galaxy of Bangla movie stars who have made a special place for themselves in the viewer's hearts.

The promotion campaign has already kicked off and in the coming days will see the Bangla film industry come forward to campaign for themselves or their colleagues on 92.7 BIG FM Kolkata. Promoting the awards on ground, there will be canter activation, mall activation & RWA activation in and around Kolkata as well as ballot boxes placed at alliance outlets. It will also be supported with an outdoor & print campaign.

The grand finale, scheduled for March 18, 2010 will witness a gala awards night graced by stalwarts from the Bangla film and entertainment industry and will be telecast exclusively on ETV Bangla.

Apart from the 'BIG Bangla Movie Awards', Reliance Broadcast Network Limited also plans to honour talent across the Telugu film industry.
