After keeping the viewers glued to the television sets for over 3 months, the popular reality show, Pyate Hudigir Halli Life - 2, comes to an end with 14 hours of non-stop grand finale. Golden Star Ganesh was the chief guest at the finale event that took place in a tiny village, about 500km away from Bangalore.
Grand Finale will be telecast on Suvarna on 29th, May, Sunday from 9am onwards.
Pyate Hudigir Halli Lifu (City Girls Village life) - 2, started with 12 city bread girls living in Kerakalamatti, a dry and dusty village in North Karnataka in Bagalkote Dist. As the title suggests, participants had to live in this village for over 60 days and go through the tasks, designed based on village customs and culture. The show also explored various facets of the village, includes traditional games, customs, festivities etc. Villagers played the key role of guiding, teaching, judging and even eliminating the participants.
Out of the 12 participants that undertook this arduous challenge, only two could finally make it to the last stage. "The winner has been picked thru the voting by villagers. Apart from a reality show, this program allowed us to show case the North Karnataka Village culture, we believe this is what helped the show garner good viewer ship, including the repeats" says Anup Chandrashekharan, Business Head, Suvarna.
The 14 hours non-stop Grand Finale will be telecast on this Sunday (29th May) from 9.00am onwards.
