MAX, the Premium Hindi Movies and Special Events channel, brings the selection of the best of James Bond movies in Hindi directly to your living room, in a film festival titled ‘Bond Shukravaar’ starting 18th November, every Friday at 8pm.
MAX has handpicked some of the best movies of Bond that have captivated the audience, time and again with thrilling suspense and hi- fi gadgets. Bond movies are known for their exhilarating plots revolving around infiltrators and international crime with Bond girls adding glamour to the stories.
Speaking about the Bond festival, Neeraj Vyas, EVP & Business Head - MAX said, “Hollywood movies have developed a huge fan following in India, and there is a significant viewership for these films when made relevant to the Indian audiences. We are delighted to showcase these evergreen James Bond movies to the viewers and yet again drive home the fact that MAX brings only the best of entertainment.”
To promote Bond Shukravaar, MAX has taken the positioning of “Asli mard dekhega zaroor” and will roll out an innovative and engaging campaign that will span across on-air, outdoor, radio contests, on-ground activations and a comprehensive online plan consisting of virals, online games, contests and social media.
The Bond Shukravaar film festival will showcase films like Quantum of Solace (Seeking revenge for the death of his love, secret agent James Bond sets out to stop an environmentalist from taking control of a country's valuable resource), Goldeneye (James Bond teams up with the lone survivor of a destroyed Russian research center to stop the hijacking of a nuclear space weapon by a fellow agent believed to be dead), Die Another Day (James Bond is sent to investigate the connection between a North Korean terrorist and a diamond mogul who is funding the development of an international space weapon), The World Is Not Enough (James Bond uncovers a nuclear plot when he protects an oil heiress from her former kidnapper, an international terrorist who can't feel pain) and many such more.
