Prime Focus, the world’s largest independent integrated media services powerhouse announces the expansion of its digital cinema lab services into the southern markets. After establishing its services in key markets such as Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata and Kochi, the brand is extending its footprint in cities such as Chennai and Hyderabad to also encompass deliverables for Tamil and Telegu films in its repertoire, in association with Krian Media. The brand’s Chennai and Hyderabad labs are all set commence its operations from 20th December, 2018 onwards.

Prime Focus Digital with its outstanding and state-of-the-art digital cinema lab services, is currently in discussions with leading film exhibitors like PVR and INOX to provide seamless services for their locations in the southern cities of the country. In addition to that, the brand is also currently working on projects with Viacom 18, 20th Century Fox, Walt Disney, Sony Pictures and several other key producers & studios for local content.

The brand’s primary intention to expand nationwide is to deliver uniformity in its services to exhibitors and thereby, effectively cater to multilingual content. With a total investment of 30 crores, the brand will be delivering high-quality technical support to the exhibitors, ensuring that the quality is in sync across the exhibitor’s screens throughout the nation. Multiple labs across the country will also significantly aid Prime Focus Digital in assisting producers and film exhibitors to avail excellent final output with premium and uniform quality services ensuring mastery in the deliverables.
