Rediffusion DY&R, Delhi, wins communication duties for Purearth

Purearth is a joint venture between DCM Ltd and a Singapore based consortium, which is looking at building a mall in the heart of Delhi

Rediffusion DY&R, Delhi, has bagged the communication duties for Purearth, which is a joint venture between DCM Ltd and a Singapore based consortium. The consortium includes the Singapore based real estate companies, the Thakral Group and Guocoland. The real estate project is for a mall cum office in the Bara Hindu Rao area in Delhi.

The size of the account is initially slated to be in the vicinity of Rs 1 crore.

Santosh Sood, COO, regions, Rediffusion DY&R, says, “We are looking at primarily print and the idea is to focus on selling the property with a one-day splash in the newspapers. We are also involved in providing the strategic content, naming the project and preparing the logo for the client.”

The mall is slated to be located in the heart of the metropolis and the print advertisement will rely on this ‘prime location’ factor in its communication strategy. The mall is to be designed by Hafeez Contractor and is an extremely modern project which combines its central location with the lavishness of any Gurgaon mall. The project will be launched in four phases, with the first one being rolled out some time in February 2006.
