O&M has won two entries for brands Oral-B and Eno, while Rediffusion DY&R has two entries for Midland Bookshop
O&M, Delhi, and Rediffusion DY&R, Mumbai, have made it to the ‘Communication Arts (‘CA’) Advertising Annual 2007’.

O&M’s Eno ad, titled ‘Before-After’, will feature in the Poster Point of Purchase category. The first image in the poster is of an inflated Eno tablet wrapper. The wrapper is inflated because it contains the tablet. The second image shows a flat wrapper with an opening on top of it indicating the tablet has been consumed. The inflated versus flat look of the wrapper puts across the message that consuming Eno helps cure flatulence, relieving stomach distension.
The Midland Bookshop ads have also won several international awards this year, including a D&AD Silver nomination, two One Shows and a gold for copywriting, illustration and art direction at AAAI. The campaign has been written, designed and illustrated by Hemant Anant Jain, creative director, Rediffusion DY&R.
The ‘CA Advertising Annual’ displays 250 pages of consumer and institutional print ads and posters, television and radio commercials. It is published each year in December and 70,000 copies of the annual are distributed worldwide.
The annual features 13 categories, including Consumer Magazine, Consumer Newspaper, Trade and Institutional, Poster, Sales Promotion, Self-Promotion, Television, Radio, Online Advertising, Public Service, Integrated Campaign and Non-Traditional Advertising.
