The real-estate company has called for a creative pitch for its forthcoming housing project in Ludhiana. The company is in talks with various agencies for the creative pitch, which is in its early stage.

The North India based real-estate company, Alpha G Corp, has called for a creative pitch for its forthcoming housing project in Ludhiana.

Confirming the development to afaqs!, Shweta Thakker, head, marketing, residential vertical, Alpha G Corp, says, "We are going to develop one of the largest built-up residential projects in Ludhiana. To help us to drive its advertising and promotion, we are therefore looking for an apt creative partner."

The creative pitch is said to be in the initial stage and the real estate company is in talks with several agencies ranging from big players to mid-sized agencies. According to a senior official in the company, the final stage of the creative pitch, however, will only include five to six agencies selected from the previous rounds.

According to media reports, in May, the company had announced its plans to focus on Tier II and Tier III cities including Meerut, Jaipur, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Karnal, Hissar and Fatehabad. The new developments of the company will be integrated townships in Amritsar, Ludhiana and Hissar, in addition to expanding existing developments in Karnal and Fatehabad, Amritsar and Meerut.

The sale value for the upcoming residential project in Ludhiana is said to be about Rs 2000 crore.
