Mudra wins creative mandate for Policybazaar.com; size of the business estimated at Rs 22 crore

The online insurance aggregator Policybazaar.com, has awarded its creative mandate to Mudra (North and East). The size of the business is estimated to be Rs 22 crore.

The development is the result of a multi-agency pitch process that saw the participation of eight agencies.

While giving the reasons for choosing the Mudra Group, Akshay Mehrotra, chief marketing officer, Policybazaar.com, says in a press statement, "We are very happy to appoint Mudra as our creative agency, and we look forward to some exceptional creative work from them which will help PolicyBazaar.com become a household brand. As we look forward to build our brand and help popularise the core concept of comparing insurance online and saving, we wanted a team that could feel the same essence and excitement. It is noteworthy that the company's objective is to simplify the process of buying insurance. Boasting approximately five million visitors each month, PolicyBazaar.com offers a range of insurance plans comprising life and general insurance. The site also allows customers to compare financial services including personal loans and home loans, and offers continuous support for these services.
